PCT® Tie-coat and Adhesion Enhancer is a high-performance, semi-viscous liquid coating specifically formulated to improve the adhesion of paint and coatings on poor or inferior cement and concrete surfaces. Engineered with pure acrylic resins, this product creates a durable and flexible bond, ensuring long-lasting performance in both residential and commercial applications.
Its advanced formulation incorporates PCT Water Repellent Technology, enhancing moisture resistance while preventing common coating failures such as flaking, peeling, or blistering. This makes it an essential primer for a variety of surfaces, including parapets, concrete, plaster, roof flashings, and cement roof tiles.

Application Temperature: 10°C minimum, 30°C maximum
Drying Time: Touch dry in 2 hours at 25°C
Overcoating Time: 24 hours
Full Cure: 7 days
Shelf Life: 12 months (sealed)
Pot Life: 12 hours after opening
Mixing: Stir frequently for best consistency
Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is dry and free of dust, dirt, or foreign debris
