Application Instructions

1. Mixing – Add the powder component (Part B) gradually into the liquid component (Part A) while continuously stirring to form a smooth, lump-free paste.
2. Surface Preparation – Ensure the surface is clean, dust-free, and slightly moist but without pooling water.
3. Application –
   • Apply using a brush, roller, or trowel at 0.6 – 0.7 kg/m² per coat (varies by surface porosity).
   • Apply follow-up coats perpendicularly after 6 hours for maximum strength.
   • Clean tools immediately after use with potable water.

Membrane Reinforcement

For areas prone to cracking, incorporating a membrane system with PCT 36 enhances mechanical durability and tensile strength. A glass-reinforced membrane is recommended over structural cracks.

Overcoating

For optimal performance in outdoor and exposed environments, overcoat PCT 36 with PCT Rubber Hybrid, PCT Bitumen Rubber, or another specified PCT product.
