Description

PCT Rubber Roof Coating is a high-performance elastomeric aqueous rubber coating designed for superior roof protection. Manufactured in South Africa using advanced German technology, this product incorporates proprietary VAE Rubber Technology, ensuring outstanding durability and long-term performance in diverse environmental and atmospheric conditions.

Unlike traditional acrylic coatings, PCT Rubber Roof Coating delivers exceptional hydrophobic (water-repellent) properties, making it an ideal solution for waterproofing applications. It can be used as a standalone protective coating or in combination with a membrane for minor waterproofing repairs.

The formulation is reinforced with micro-fine inorganic silicates, preventing cracking, shrinking, and microscopic ruptures that often compromise the integrity of conventional coatings. This ensures a long-lasting, resilient, and weather-resistant finish.

Application:

To achieve the best results, the surface must be free of dust, dirt, and foreign debris before application. The coating can be applied using a brush, roller, or airless spray. For optimal protection, two coats are recommended, allowing 4-6 hours of drying time between coats.
